- Deposited funds must be sent from an account registered in the user's own name; transactions through third parties are not permitted.
bd tk1 is committed to preventing financial fraud, money laundering, and any other illegal financial activity. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the related account may be temporarily suspended and the relevant authorities notified if necessary.
Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms
bd tk1 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered members from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, and failing to follow them may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount can be withdrawn after completing 25x wagering. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in wagering is required before withdrawal.
- Bonus funds cannot be claimed directly as cash; they are not withdrawable until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
- More than one bonus offer cannot be active at the same time.
- bd tk1 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- If there is suspicion of bonus abuse, the account may be suspended for investigation.

Gaming and Betting Rules
All games and betting activities available on bd tk1 are governed by specific rules. Game outcomes are determined through the relevant game provider's servers, and bd tk1 does not interfere with these outcomes.
- Each game has its own rules — it is the user's responsibility to read them before starting a game.
- If a game stops mid-way due to a technical error or disconnection, the result recorded on the server for that round will be considered final.
- For sports betting, the stake for a bet cancelled before the match starts will be returned; bets cannot be cancelled after a match has begun.
- In-play betting terms may differ from standard betting terms.
- Any attempt to influence the system using automated software, bots, or any other such method will result in the account being permanently closed.

VIP Program and Special Benefits
The bd tk1 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A user's tier is determined by their regular play pattern, and the weekly cashback rate increases with each higher tier.
- Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).
- Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and up to 1.5% at Diamond.
- VIP benefits apply personally — they cannot be shared with or transferred to anyone else.
- If abuse of VIP tier status or any attempt to gain benefits dishonestly is detected, all earned benefits will be cancelled.
Prohibited Activities and Usage Limits
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd tk1 platform:
- Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Multiple members of the same household attempting to collect bonus offers from a single device.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
- Using arbitrage betting or any other strategy to extract risk-free bonus value through a betting exchange or similar method.
- Any behaviour that is threatening or harassing toward other users or bd tk1 staff.
If a user is found to be involved in prohibited activities, bd tk1 reserves the right to close the account without notice and forfeit the balance.
